Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the deadline expires..

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments including delivery costs (except for additional costs for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving your revocation.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

You must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value if this is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.
